General Information Disclosures

Information Shared with Diagnostics

When you book a diagnostic report through our Services, your information is provided to us and to the Diagnostic service providers whom you have selected. In order to facilitate your sharing of records, we provide information to the referring Doctor in a similar manner as if you had shared your diagnostic reports with the Doctor directly. If you provide a mobile phone number, the Doctor or Diagnostic may send you text messages regarding your diagnostic reports.


Information you choose to share with a Doctor or a Diagnostic may be used by the said parties for their own purposes. We do not control the privacy practices of service providers within the network of ISIRI. Please contact the Doctor/Diagnostic service provider directly if you want to learn about their privacy practices.

Payment Card Information

To use certain of our Services, such as to book a test and to make payments to certain Diagnostics, we may require credit or debit card account information. By submitting your credit or debit card account information through our Services, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with DIagnostics, third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties), and you further agree to the following terms:

Do Not Track

We are committed to providing you with meaningful choices about the information collected on our Services for third party purposes. However, we do not currently recognize or respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the Internet industry is still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations and solutions.

If you delete your Diagnostic Reports from our websites, copies of your Diagnostic Reports may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our websites. We assume no liability or responsibility for disclosure of your information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access, or other causes beyond our control. You play an important role in keeping your personal information secure. You should not share your user name, password, or other security information for your ISIRI account with anyone. If we receive instructions using your user name and password, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions.
