AyusLab Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AyusLab platform and services ("Services"), provided by ISIRI Technologies Private Limited ("ISIRI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein or available through hyperlinks. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to Subscribers, Doctors, and Diagnostic Centers.

ISIRI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version on the AyusLab website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Use the Services to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Services, or any other systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.

In order to access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

a. Free Trial

The product can be availed as a demo for a period of 7 days before purchase, free of cost ("Free Trial"). During the Free Trial period, you will have access to all features of the Services. At the end of the Free Trial period, you will be required to purchase a subscription to continue using the Services.

b. Payment Details

Payment details, including subscription plans, pricing, and payment methods, will be clearly explained during the sign-up process. By providing payment information and completing the sign-up process, you authorize ISIRI to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

c. No Refund or Cancellation

Once paid, subscription fees are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or cancellations of services, including partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any remaining unused portion of the subscription period.

d. Billing Cycle

Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually). You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your account at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. If you choose a monthly billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis, and if you choose an annual billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

e. Changes to Fees

ISIRI reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time upon reasonable notice. Such notice may be provided by email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of ISIRI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ISIRI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

ISIRI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISIRI and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ISIRI regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or representations, whether oral or written, regarding such subject matter.
